Indo Aggressor Itinerary: Bali, Tulamben, East Sumbawa, Komodo (11 nights)
Indo Aggressor offers 7 night and 10 night cruises, featuring an enhanced itinerary that allows guests more time diving, more time in the signature area of the Komodo National Park. Shorter 7 night Komodo cruises start/end in Labuan Bajo. Longer 10 night trips either start/end in Labuan Bajo or travel one way from Bali to Labuan Bajo (or vv).
Arrival/Boarding/Departure
Reaching the Indo Aggressor will involve a round trip domestic flight from Bali to Komodo Airport near the city of Labuan Bajo on Flores Island in the East Nusa Tenggara province in Indonesia. The Indo Aggressor is scheduled to depart at 1.00pm. Guests should arrange to take one of the two available morning flights.
Once you have claimed your luggage in Labuan Bajo Airport, please look for an agent holding a Indo Aggressor sign or a sign with your name on it. A transfer company has been hired to meet and greet our Indo Aggressor guests who have arranged this transfer in advance.
The Indo Aggressor aims to return to port on the evening prior to disembarkation. Final disembarkation will occur between 8.00am and 1.00pm at the end of the charter. Guests will be transported to the Labuan Bajo airport for a domestic flight back to Bali.
Transfers
Land Transfers included (3 transfers):
1. Transfer on date of embarkation from hotels in Bali (Kuta area includes Tuban, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, and Canggu, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Denpasar area) to Denpasar Airport for the domestic flight to Labuan Bajo.
2. Transfer from Labuan Bajo Airport to Indo Aggressor on embarkation day.
3. Transfer from Indo Aggressor to Labuan Bajo Airport on disembarkation day.
Sample Itineraries
Tulamben, East Sumbawa, Komodo National Park
The boat embarks from Benoa Harbour in Bali, sailing North-East towards Tulamben, Bali where guests can dive the famous USS Liberty Wreck, Seraya and Drop Off before sailing East covering Moyo and Satonda Island, Bima Bay, Sangeang Volcano, Banta Island and the whole of Komodo National Park. The boat will disembark in Labuan Bajo, Flores. There will be hiking in Gili Lawa Darat and also the walk on Rinca Island to see the Komodo Dragons. On the way from Satonda Island, thousands of fruit bats can be seen in the evening.
Komodo Deep South
The boat embarks and disembarks at Labuan Bajo, Flores and the entire cruise is focused on diving South Komodo National Park where we will cover Padar Island, Langkoi, Horseshoe Bay, South West Flores, Mota Island and the Mola Straits (The channel between Rinca Island and Flores). This is only possible in the 1st quarter of the year during the North West Monsoon). Mota Island and Mola Straits are only available in this itinerary only. There will be the walk on Rinca Island to see the Komodo Dragons.
Komodo National Park
The boat embarks and disembarks in Labuan Bajo. For this itinerary, the whole of Komodo National Park including Banta Island will be covered. Diving activities will primarily be concentrated in Sape Straits (The straits separating Komodo and Rinca Island). Bima Bay and Sangeang Volcano in East Sumbawa will not be covered in this itinerary. There will be hiking in Gili Lawa Darat and also the walk on Rinca Island to see the Komodo Dragons.
Komodo National Park, East Sumbawa
The boat embarks and disembarks from Labuan Bajo. The boat will sail west towards Bima Bay in East Sumbawa, covering Sangeang Volcano, Banta Island and North Komodo National Park up to Padar Island in Sape Straits. The south side of Komodo National Park including Langkoi and Horseshoe Bay will not be covered in this itinerary. There will be hiking in Gili Lawa Darat and also the walk on Rinca Island to see the Komodo Dragons. There will also be a visit to Bonto Village in Sangeang.
