Scuba Divers encounter and interact with amazing marine world and explore sunken treasures. They see creatures and things where their brain hasn’t formed a concept yet. Scuba Divers are pushing their own physical and mental boundaries in a very safe and controlled manner.

When I google for health effects of Scuba Diving I find the usual references to the physical risks which we all cover in our dive training. What I don’t find on the first page are the many health benefits Starting with the physical fitness in a low impact sport, the gentle build-up of body strength, the stress relieve and the balancing effects of being immersed in nature to name a few.

That is where we come in. Some of the best diving in the world is found in rather remote locations and it takes effort and time to visit. While most people enjoy to encounter new cultures and new natural environments we rarely want to be involved in making all the arrangements.
